Problem Reporting And Corrective Action
Renco Electronic's Problem Reporting And Corrective Action (PRACA) database documents non-conformance(s), assigns responsibility and implements closed-loop corrective actions to preclude re-occurrence of the anomaly(ies) identified.
By recording and eliminating the non-conformance(s), Renco's processes become more robust with less variation producing more efficient yield. Higher yield rates result in lower costs which can then be passed on to our customers. This enables Renco to remain highly competitive in today's global economy.
Since it inception in 1955, Renco has evolved into a world-wide producer of coils, inductors and transformers. We provide custom design and production. Renco values the need for a tight quality control program to ensure not only our customers but our own manufacturing standards.
