• All test data is referenced at 25°C
• Operating Temperature: -40°C to 130°C
• Saturation current (Isat) will cause Lo to drop approximately 10% or less
• The component temperature (ambient + temp. rise)
• should not exceed 130°C under worst case operating conditions.
• Resistance to Solder Heat: 260°C for 10s
• RoHs Compliant
